  • Can anyone practice Hormone Yoga Therapy?
    Not everyone can practice those yoga techniques. For example pregnant women, women with advanced endometriosis cannot practice. Please send us an enquiry to find out if you are elegible to practice.
  • What if I have never done yoga before?
    To participate at Hormone Yoga courses or classes, you don't need to have done yoga before. You will learn all from the beginning. Regarding the classic yoga, our studio offers tailored yoga classes for small group and begginres, where you can start your yoga journey... Don't worry, we will take care of you!
  • Do I need to sign up for class in advance?
    Yes. For Hormone Yoga Therapy courses, you need to book online and pay the deposit of $100. For our 1 hour Hormone Yoga classes & Classic Yoga classes, you need to book each class online and pay for your class. As our boutique studio offers 10 spots only, bookings are not available by 'walking in'.
  • Does this type of yoga eliminate low hormones symptoms?
    Hormone yoga have proven for over 20 years its efficiency in decreasing and eliminating symptoms of unbalanced and low hormones, especially symptoms of peri, menopause, post menopause and boosting fertility. BUT, like everyting, you need to commit and practice in order to get results.
  • How many times should I practice a week?
    To get the best results and benefits from Hormone Yoga Therapy, you need to practice 4 times a week. You can either practice at home or you can join our Hormone Yoga Classes during the week and weekends; we can't wait to have you in our ladies club!
  • Is there an age limit to practicing yoga?
    No age can stop you from practicing yoga! Hormone Yoga is designed for women from the age of 35, when female hormones starts decreasing. As soon you are healthy and in shape, you can practice Hormone Yoga alternating it with our tailored classic yoga. That are all leading towards the same goal: anti ageing.
